2004 International Zinc and Silver Conferences to be Held in February
The American Zinc Association (AZA) and the Silver Institute will co-sponsor the 2004 International Zinc and Silver Conferences to be held February 22-25, 2004, in Phoenix, Arizona, at Marriott’s new Desert Ridge Resort.
This first-of-its-kind event reflects the many ties between the two metals, from ore bodies, to producers of both zinc and silver, to common issues affecting their futures.
The conference will offer zinc and silver-specific sessions in such areas as the outlook for zinc consumption and price, and the emerging markets for silver. A particular focus will be given to the growing importance of China in the markets for
both metals.
