(Washington, D.C. - October 6, 2004) The Third Annual China International Silver Conference, to be held in Changsha, Hunan Province, China, October 19-22, 2004, is fast approaching. Changsha, the capital of the Hunan Province, is located along the Xiangjiang River and is an important commercial center. Changsha is also known historically for its links with Chairman Mao Zedong and there are many cultural and historical sites to visit. Changsha can be reached by air from Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai in ninety minutes.
