Past attendees include leading silver mining companies, refiners, manufacturers, investors and traders, government bodies, and other silver industry organizations. The CISC has become the most important international silver conference in the world for market participants. Building on these trends, this conference will offer abundant opportunities to business leaders to forge new relationships and increase product sales and investment opportunities. The conference is open to all, and foreign participation is greatly encouraged by the conference organizers and sponsors.

The China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association (CNIA) is serving as the host of the conference. The 7th CISC is jointly sponsored by the Silver Institute, China General Chamber of Commerce, the Gemological Association of China, and the China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Mineral & Chemicals Importer and Exporters.
